LDINZ Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT:

Early Bird Discount – to secure your early-bird discount, please pay no later than 60 days before the Leadership Development Intensive (LDI) start date.

Standard Fee – please pay in full no later than 30 days before the LDI start date.
CANCELLATION:
​
Your course fee is non-refundable. Cancellations and late changes are discouraged as they impact heavily on the viability of the programme, and the balance within the group. However, if for any reason you are unable to attend the LDI that you have registered and paid for, you/your organisation has two options:
1. Find a replacement.
Your organisation may suggest someone else to take your place, and providing this person is considered a good fit with the rest of the group, and 30 days' notice or more is given, no additional fees will be charged. If less than 30 days' notice is given of replacement, $450 may be charged to offset the additional administration costs. Note: this option does not preclude you re-registering for a future LDI.
2. Transfer your registration and your fee to another LDI within the following 12 month period.
2a) If you transfer with more than thirty days’ notice, $450.00 (plus GST) will be charged to cover administration costs.
2b) If you transfer with 30 or less days’ notice, (and no replacement has been found) $2000.00 (plus GST) will be charged to cover administration costs plus the cancellation fee that LDINZ is liable for to the LDI venue.
2c) Your credit will expire when that 12 month period is up.
Note: The credit may be used for the original registrant or someone else from the same organisation.
Prices and dates are subject to change. This course may be cancelled if the minimum number of registrations is not received 30 days in advance. In the event that LDINZ cancels the course, your fee will be refunded in full if you choose, or transferred to another course.
LDINZ will not be liable for any other personal costs incurred as a result of cancellation.

Covid 19 and other unpredictable events:
Should Covid 19 alert level changes, or any other unpredictable event create a high level of risk to health and safety of participants or make it untenable for us to proceed with an LDI as planned, we will communicate with you as soon as we can to find alternative options. Your registration fee will be fully transferrable.

COACHING:
​
Coaching sessions are for 60-75 minutes. All coaching must be utilised within four months following the LDI.
A detailed coaching contract will be forwarded prior to the commencement of your first session.
