I often compare leadership coaching to tennis coaching. Even the best tennis players in the world have a coach. The coach does not need to be better than the player at playing the game. But a skilled coach can help you see things that maybe you can’t see about ‘your own game’. They can support you to stretch your limits, expand your thinking, unlock barriers, and build new skills.

In four sessions, we can help you clarify up to three specific goals, and get to work on achieving them.

Sessions are for 60-75 minutes and can be spaced to suit your schedule.
THREE MONTHS
UNLIMITED

This package enables you to gain traction on a meaty issue or major transition with on-tap support from your coach as needed- within reason!
Schedule a session up to once a week, and receive support between sessions by phone or email if needed.
DEEP DIVE COACHING INTENSIVE
Price on application
Designed for those needing a complete break from the daily grind, the 'deep dive' is for 2 or more days at a location of your choice. The programme can be as structured, or as flexible as you choose.

LDI - Leadership Development Intensive Retreat

Many describe the LDI as a transformational process, and a profoundly life-altering experience. You will leave the retreat with a highly developed awareness of your innate leadership potential, plus the skills to switch from an automatic way of living and leading, to one that is more authentic and purposeful.
Our process is very experiential - it will engage you physically, emotionally and spiritually, not just mentally. Because of this, the learning is embedded at a deep level and the toolkit becomes a part of who you are - ask our graduates.
The LDI programme is available to any organisation with a group of six or more participants. The programme can be either 3.5 or 4 days in length and can be customised to an extent. The price will depend on your chosen venue, and numbers attending. From time to time an open enrolment course may become available, and these will be advertised on our website. The LDI can also be conducted as a private executive retreat for one or two participants.
