Living and Leading with Deep Integrity

Leadership is not about changing yourself, it’s about coming home
to yourself - and that changes everything.”

Dr John J Scherer, LDI founder

LDI - Leadership Development Intensive Retreats 2024

UPCOMING RETREATS

LDINZ offers deep leadership development to individuals, teams and organisations throughout New Zealand. First and foremost, we guide leaders to connect authentically with who they are and what matters most to them, so that their leadership style is unique, grounded and sustainable. We also support our clients to identify and embrace their core purpose, and to live and breathe this with boldness and integrity - for the greater good of humanity and the planet.

Our services include:

  • Leadership development courses

  • Executive coaching

  • Customised facilitation of workshops and meetings

If you’re ready to get out of your head and into your heart, discover and commit to a greater purpose, and bring more of who you are to what you do, then we’d like to work with you. Please contact us to begin the journey.

Upcoming Dates

March 18-22, 2024
Final open-enrolment course!

at Kiwiesque

Early bird deadline: 20 January 2024

Note: This will be our final open-enrolment LDI in Hawke’s Bay. After 25 years, a pandemic and a cyclone, it has become too difficult - and too risky -  to host open-enrolment courses. The LDI will still be available to organisations (eg for executive teams, or selected groups of leaders) and as a private retreat for one or two people. The programme can be customised to meet your needs, and the dates/venue can be arranged to suit your schedule. Please contact us to discuss further. We’d love to work with you.

The LDI is hosted in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand, at Kiwiesque Luxury Lodge. Kiwiesque offers luxurious accommodation, a swimming pool and spa pool, beautiful spaces to connect with nature, and exquisite catering full of fresh, healthy local produce.
